Design is printed onto 3mm clear acrylic. 
Please choose size from drop down menu - 23cm x 23cm (up to 6 names) or A4 lanscape (approx 21cm x 29.7cm) for larger familes (up to 10 names)
Comes with 10cm oak stand for smaller sign and 15cm oak stand for larger sign. 
 
Please put family name and the names required in the boxes provided. Please type names as you would like them to appear for example the first name written will me the first penguin on the sign. Please put adult or child in brackets after the name for example - Dad (adult), Mum (adult), Sophie (child), Jacob (child).
